Session 1

Immuno-phenotyping of tumor-specific CD8 T cells using high-
dimensional mass cytometry.

Cancer immunotherapy is providing an unprecedented level of long-
term antitumor activity in some patients, but unfortunately the
majority of patients still do not experience sustained clinical benefit.
Many questions remain unanswered. The conference program will
include sessions which cover topics such as new analysis
techniques, methodologies, and how to integrate high throughput
data to provide a more comprehensive understanding of cancer and
the immune system.
